The Independent Carton Group (ICG) presented Supplier of the Year Awards to Impact Alliance LLC and Carton Craft Supply at the ICG’s spring meeting in Park City Utah on March 11 and 12, 2020.
The ICG and its member’s rate over 30 suppliers on a biannual basis on a series of criteria. Through the evaluation process, ICG leadership works with national account managers from all their suppliers to improve the quality of service each supplier brings to ICG members. “The bottom line is to get Best-in-Class suppliers serving our members and that is what this awards program is helping to assure our members of,” said Jay Willie, ICG Executive Director.
